There's no other ending, Sunday sun, yesterdays are ending, Sunday sun

Stripes, heels, red lips, and not an all black outfit – yes, I have finally tuned into the spring mode! It’s funny how it hits you every year, even your footsteps start feeling lighter when the birds are singing, sun is shining and the grass is growing. I wish I could hold on to this feeling forever and even more so, that tomorrow wasn’t Monday…

Dance classics

A few weeks ago I was asked to model for a poster of a new club night and since I’m always up for new things, I decided to give it ago. Here are some shots from that photo shoot session, shot by the talented Klaus Elfving from the Plauge DJ collective. I’m totally loving the whole 70’s vibe mixed with my modern clothes which pretty much sums up the name of the club, Dance Classics.

If you happen to be in Tampere on Saturday the 24th of April, you should totally come to Yo-talo for the Dance Classics night with good music and people. See you there!

Put your leather on

Spring has finally arrived here which calls for taking the leather jacket out. The warm weather also gave me the courage to try my Sigma lens in the way that I’ve been waiting to do all winter; taking it out to the streets. I’m really pleased that it works so wonderfully, finally this blog is stepping up it’s game. I wish there will be more sunny days to come so that I can play with my camera some more. See, I’m definitely not camera shy but weather shy, well, that’s a different story.

Enjoy your weekend, folks!

Picture perfect

A few days ago I was contacted by a talented Finnish artist called Katriina Kallioinen, who also runs her own comic blog called Bayxitykid. Katriina told me that she had started a new project featuring portraits of the Finnish fashion blogges and chose me to be the first target of her illustrations. Of course I’m very honored for this feature and therefore wanted to share Katariina’s masterpiece here on my blog as well. I think she captured my blog persona quite well, though I’m not as tough as it might seem. Anyway, I really like it. Can’t wait to see who’s next!
