You are an obsession, I cannot sleep, I am a possession, unopened at your feet

I’ve been looking for the perfect blazer for a year now, something with a structured shoulder line, great fit and feel. So far my search has led nowhere; I’ve returned and turned down a few decent options which just didn’t quite cut it, making me more frustrated and obssessed than ever.

It seems that a temporary solution to the problem was closer than I thought. It so happens that my boyfriend owns an amazing Viridi Anne blazer that meets all my requirements: it has enough shoulder padding and great details, it fits like a boyfriend blazer but is still feminine enough to pair it with pretty much my whole wardrobe.  Why I call this perfect solution a temporary one then? Well, one problem still exists: what if one day we both feel like wearing it?

So the hunt down for the perfect one for me still continues, though now there is an excellent temporary solution available. Well, at least on those days when my boyfriend is not in a blazer mood, which unfortunately, doesn’t happen too often. I don’t blame him though. It’s one great blazer.

    1. Niin on, taidankin piilottaa sen poikaystävältäni heh. 😉 Näkysi kuulostaa erinomaiselta, sillä kelpuuttaisin mielihyvin harmaan maksimekon vaatekaappiini. Mistähän moisen löytäisi? 😉

On regular days I like to keep it simple and when I go out, I go all out hehe. 😉 I love your pants as well, the whole wide look is so good in the winter time since you can wear a pile of tights underneath to keep you warm. 😀 I wonder how these pants (they’re wool) will tranfer into spring/summer wear.. or can they?

  4. I also went on a hunt for the perfect blazer and finally found a Theory one at TJMaxx marked down from $300 to $40. I went home a very happy girl.

  5. You are so lucky to have a boyfriend with a fantastic taste and almost the same size than you! I’m 163cm, my boyfriend is 190cm.. Haha, can’t wear his clothes. 🙂

    i’m also still hunting the perfect blazer. no luck so far…

    1. Yes, indeed! We can share almost all the basic stuff and then some gems like this blazer. 😉

      But unfortunately my boyfriend loves this blazer so I get to wear it very rarely.. Hunting the perfect blazer is a tough job, it seems that Finland is wiped out of all the good ones…

    1. Thank you. 🙂 I love androgene looks and I wish I had the body to pull this style off completely. Unfortunately I got too much feminine curves which kind of ruins my plans hehehe. 😀

  12. Ei liity ollenkaan aiheeseen, mutta ajattelin että varmaan tiedät kannattaako Yo-talon lauantaidiskoon mennä jos yleensä viihtyy Rumassa? 🙂

Juu, ehdottomasti!:) Itse käyn nykyään enää oikeastaan Klubilla Hang the DJ:ssä, mutta Yo:lla on joskus indie-iltoja (kuten nyt tulevana lauantaina) ja silloin menen ilman muuta sinne. 🙂 Yo-talolla on vietetty niin paljon aikaa tässä vuosien varrella, että se tuntuu melkein toiselta kodilta. 😉 Rumassa käyn enää todella harvoin, siellä on liian paljon lasinsirua (pilaa kengät) ja jotenkin se paikka ei vaan tunnu yhtä kodikkaalta kuin muut Tampereen rokkimestat (Yo, Klubi, Dorka). Tänä lauantaina Yo:lla on Rumastakin tuttu DJ Sami, joka soittaa taatusti hyvää musiikkia ja ottaa toiveitakin vastaan. Sinne siis!!!
